Chairman of Fosun RZ Capital
Mr. Jin is responsible for Fosun's global investment and industrial operations in the fields of technology and finance, Internet and frontier technologies, committed to promoting the development of related industries with a global perspective.
Prior to Fosun, Mr. Jin led fundraising, M&A, IPO, and bond issuance for major domestic and global enterprises at the investment banking department of CICC (China International Capital Corporation). He holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
Mr. Jin currently serves as Deputy to People’s Congress of Putuo District in Shanghai, Vice Chairman of Talent Development Committee of Securities Association of China, Member of the Strategic Development Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange, Member of APEC China Digital Economy Committee and other social positions, Member of APEC China Business Council Young Entrepreneurs Committee, Vice President of Shanghai Zhejiang Youth Talent Federation and other social positions.

Ms. Liu Fangwei is currently a partner at Fosun RZ Capital and a global partner at Fosun Group. She holds a Master's degree in Statistics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her main focus is on investments in the digital economy, green manufacturing, and cross-border e-commerce sectors. With over 12 years of experience in the business and venture capital industry, she has previously worked at Ant Capital and CITIC Securities.
She has led various projects, including BYHEALTH(SZ:300146), Dianping Holdings Limited (HK:03690), Secoo Holding Limited (NASDAQ: SECO), Urbanic (India/Latin America), Hunliji, HITOMORROW Group, Teambition, IntraMirror, Intoyou, and others.
Ms. Liu has received several accolades, including being named one of the "Forbes China 100 Young Returnees Elite" in 2023, one of the "Forbes China Top 30 Globalization Figures" in 2023, one of the "Asia 35 Under 35 Investors" by Hard Tech Asia Review in 2022, the "Best Female Investor in the Equity Investment Field" at the 2020 China Financing Annual Awards, and one of the "Forbes China Top 25 Female Venture Capitalists" in 2019.
